Four of the Essential Capacities (Results, Execution, Teamwork, and Innovation) organize the Leadership CATALYST System. Since the 6 Values are critical, you get details with practical insights on how to understand and use those values. The capacities are essential, but the values differentiate between a good and a bad leader. If you ignore the 6 Values, you will misuse the 5 capacities.
